My story

Bella is the queen bee! Bella is the most sassy of her siblings, what she says goes. She is also vocal, she is always humming and she sounds like a little monkey. She LOVES getting kisses, she is always putting her lips on mine to get an abundance of kisses especially after meal time. She likes to jump up up my chest and wrap her arms around me to give hugs too. When she wants a better view but still wants to relax she wraps her tiny body around my neck like Bella scarf. She is also quite the climber and she is fast! She loves sitting in laps or on shoulders depending on the mood she is in. Bella would be happiest in a home with a playmate or one of her siblings. To meet Bella please go to our website SouthernCountiesRescue.org and fill out an application.
Personality traits
Friendly, Affectionate, Playful, Loves kisses

More about this rescue

We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 non-profit cat rescue group (+ a few dogs). We rescue abandoned cats & kittens from the streets and high kill city animal shelters in Orange, Los Angeles, Imperial and San Diego counties. We also help people who need to rehome their pets through our Community Foster Program in that we post the cats on our internet sites and accept applications for them. We also help the owner screen applicants and bring their cats to our adoption events but we cannot physically take them since we are foster based. We do not have a physical shelter, we foster in our homes, not in cages which is a more natural environment for cats. Lastly, we help reduce the number of unwanted kittens with TNR (Trap-Netuer/spay-Release) by loaning traps and instructing others on how to TNR and by referring people to low cost S/N clinics.
