I’ve had Tally since she was a puppy. She is the sweetest dog ever and loves to give kisses. She is not a high energy dog, she’s loves being outside, cuddling, and most importantly swimming (also great for her hips). She needs a calm environment (I had an abusive roommate - she does not do well with hectic/roughhousing/party situations or people who are very animated with their arms or crazy sporadic movements). She needs someone who will be home a lot, has time for her, and a firm/dominant personality. She has been around kids but due to her reactive issues with dogs I wouldn’t want to place her in a home with children. Her ideal owner would be someone who is home a lot, has a pool/lake/yard, and who has a calm routine lifestyle. I genuinely care about the new owners and want the best household for her, I would be open to paying a facility for obedience training. Please let me know if you have any questions!
