Cody is a 6 year old, 5-1/2 lb., very sweet boy. He was surrendered by his owner as she got a large breed dog and was worried about him being hurt. He is very sweet and obedient but is a little shy with strangers at first meeting. He does great with all the other small dogs in the rescue and is very sweet with them. He loves to lounge in the sun, play with squeaky toys and snuggle under the covers. This sweet boy is looking for his forever home. Because of his small size no small children or large breed dogs please.
The adoption fee is $300 which includes: spay/neuter, microchipping with registration, up to date on vaccines, rabies vaccine (for dogs and pups over 4 months), deworming, and topical flea treatment application (as needed). This Rescue
We are a group of people pulling the animals from the pts list from high kill local shelters. We also pull the injured and very sick animals and get them the proper Vet care and then nurse them back to health before we adopt them out. This is very important to us and we pride ourselves on saving those animals in need and finding the the perfect "forever" homes for them. We are foster home based at this time, but are in the future hope to purchase and start a sanctuary and rehab facility. We will still have the foster homes once this happens. We are a 501c3 organization
