Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Boomer! He is a Border Collie born 11-2/2021 His foster mom describes him as sweet and very smart! He’s potty and crated trained and a perfect gentleman in the card but needs to be lifted into larger cars. Boomer walks well on the leash but could use a bit more practice! He’s currently living with dogs of various sizes and cats. He is very interested in playing with the cats but he doesn’t hurt them but given the opportunity for a fun chase session, he’s in! Boomer responds immediately though to a firm no. He already knows basic commands such as sit and down. Boomer is a very active high energy pup who would benefit from an active home with chew toys to play with if he gets a little bored. Boomer takes 1-2 stool softeners a day due to a broken hip that caused the femur bone to push against the bowel narrowing the pathway. His medication, DSS, is over the counter at any pharmacy and very inexpensive. He takes his medications easily and has no mobility issues except perhaps jumping into the back of an SUV. Boomer will be adopted fully vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. His forever home must have a securely fenced yard with adults or adults and children over 5. Applications: www.mikeyschance.com
