My story

Looking for a pint sized partner to brighten up your life? Well look no further! Blossom is the life of the party. She is a 5 month old, 20lb, terrier mix with a shining personality. Blossom absolutely adores people and will happily crawl into any open lap. She even loves all 3 of her foster siblings including her 120 lb foster brother. She is active and loves to play. Due to her activity level and bounciness (we are working on sitting when wanting attention instead of jumping) she may be best in a home with older children or a family dedicated to her training! She is crate trained and loves going in her crate at night. Potty training is going well and she is quick to pick up commands! She will some one an excellent adventure buddy!

Go meet their pets

We do not have an actual facility. All of our pets are in foster homes. We can offer meet and greet on adult dogs or older puppies only. Please do not email asking about availability as we get tons of email per day and it may take a few days to get back with you. By then, the pet could be adopted. Please submit an application if you are interested in a pet. Thank you! Our Adoption/Foster Requirements are at www.eastcoastcaninerescue.org/applications

More about this rescue

East Coast Canine Rescue is a 501c3 volunteer and 100% foster-based animal welfare organization dedicated to rescuing homeless dogs. ECCR is founded by a team of three dog lovers and advocates dedicated to rescuing and rehoming lost, relinquished and abused animals primarily in the Northeast area and Southern half of the United States. These areas present a large number of animals in need. In collaboration with our veterinarian and shelter partners, the rescue is able to transfer these dogs into foster homes that will care for them until their permanent adoptions. ECCR is able to provide food, medical services, preventative care and love to these forgotten dogs who have no other chance at life.
