This sweet girl was pulled from a high kill shelter just hours before she was going to be euthanized. One of the workers there begged rescued to come save her life. Once we saw her face we couldn't say "no". Penny's personality matches her sweet face. She is affectionate, well behaved and loves getting belly rubs. She even smiles when you talk to her.
