Wanda. Barely more than a kitten herself, Wanda was born in a feral colony last "kitten season" and now is a mama herself. She and her siblings (who have all been successfully TNR'd) have been some of the friendliest kitties at the colony. Always running to the car for pets and treats when I show up. Her kittens were born during the middle of a thunderstorm and, rather than hide, she kept them close to the colony. A true mama hero, she led one of the colony caretakers to the babies. I was alerted immediately and was able to safely recover them. When I returned for Wanda, she walked right into the trap and laid down. She was ready to go home and take care of her babies.
Monica Rabeau is mama's best girl. Every time I look in on Wanda, Monica is right there with her. She is the quietest of the siblings and loves snuggles and kisses. If your heart is big enough for two I would love for Wanda to have an opportunity at the good life going with her best girl
