My story

Hi there! I'm Cole! The volunteers tell me I'm quite a handsome boy. They call me a love bug - but I'm not a bug. I'm a bunny! I love to seek the attention of the volunteers. I don't mind the dogs barking. And I keep my area pretty tidy. Oh! And I am also neutered. Now that I caught your eye, you're probably wondering about me. How old am I? Why am I at Pk if I'm perfect? What's my story? Great questions. I can't answer them though [bunnies can't talk after all!] I was found abandoned outside of a vet's office. Thankfully the vet team saw me and saved me. Because of this, my past is a mystery. Many people get bunnies without understanding our needs - if you're considering adding a bunny [maybe even me!] to your family, please do your research! I know the volunteers would be glad to help you out.June 13, 2022, 3:56 pm

Why adoption is a great option

Cole, a Whitehall Havana other was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Havana for sale in Whitehall, or seeking a Havana other from a breeder in Whitehall.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Whitehall already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Whitehall breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Havana breeders who help with Havana rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Whitehall paves the way for another one to be saved.
