Sam loves attention he's a big teddy bear, he loves to rubbed on his head, and back. If you don't give him attention he'll continue to come and rub on you till you show him love.
He doesn't really care for toys but he loves to run and chase birds. He hates water, so if he sees the water hose in your hand he won't come near he will wait till he sees that you've turn off the water before he comes near again.
With that, he's not a fan of taking baths but with a leash he seems to understand he can't go anywhere and just gives in and let's you take him a bath without problems :)

Sam has a sweet older boy temperament, but can still play with the younger brothers. He loves his family and would be great as an only dog or with another older dog.
He will make your family complete!!

Please fill out the inquiry/application form and submit on our website.You will receive info from foster/counselor in return.

Approve Application

Adoption counselor will email you to discuss the inquiry/application,and give more info about the pet, the foster and adoption process..

Pay Fee

If you are approved to adopt, payments can be made on our website through PayPal, Debit Card or any major credit card.

Additional adoption info

Adoption application required. Adoption fees with transport included start at $400 higher prices for Purebred and/or highly desirable pets. Adoption application, adoption contract, return/foster agreement if dog doesn't work out in home.

We work hard to place dogs in the right homes, if the adoption does not work out and we have room to take the dog back into the rescue, we will. However, the sheer number of needy animals in TX usually means we become full quickly after the dog is adopted. So, in those cases we will post the animal, help the adopter screen applicants and help facilitate finding another home for the dog.

We are a TEXAS based rescue who transport regularly to this area. Our dogs are in TEXAS and will be transported to you if you adopt from us.

Our pets are posted on our website, and most live in homes with their fosters. We live with our foster dogs to get to know them in a home setting and to let them know that life can be good away from the streets.

We work to correct poor behaviors, teach manners and observe each dogs particular quirks and personalities so we can give accurate observations of the dogs you are interested in.

We know that dogs will sometimes behave differently with different people but we can give you our impressions of our pups and situations they have been in.
