My story

Nebula was one of three kittens born semi-feral in someone’s yard but came into care before she was too old.   She will not be a “shy” cat.   She has a calm demeanor (for a kitten) and genuinely likes people. She is an intelligent and thoughtful girl, and I always look forward to petting her and holding her in the evenings because she is easy going.  She has mellow eyes, and she will be a super pet.  Gets along well with other cats.  Has not seen a dog but will probably do well with a gentle breed.  Older children are fine.

Why adoption is a great option

Nebula, a Alamo Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Alamo, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Alamo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Alamo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Alamo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Alamo paves the way for another one to be saved.
