My story

Meet Mama!

Beautiful Mama is our 2-year-old female Labrador mix that weighs 62 pounds of love and sweetness. Mama was rescued along with a group of other dogs that had been abandoned and left to fend for themselves in horrible circumstances. Thankfully, she was rescued and along with the other dogs went directly to our rescue vet, where they received vet care for giardia and parasites. Mama was extremely thin and her skin was bad. She was infested with fleas and ticks and had an ear infection. Once she felt better, she received her vaccinations. Mama continues receiving vet care, and we are happy to say that she looks better than ever and just needs to be spayed and microchipped, which should be happening in the next week. Mama is the sweetest girl that loves everyone she meets. She’s still around some of the dogs she was abandoned with, but we have not introduced her to other new dogs. Mama is happy, affectionate, very well behaved and so deserving of a beautiful life. Please open your heart and home to this beautiful soul.

If you would like to meet precious Mama, please submit a completed adoption application found under the forms tab. This way, we can schedule a meet and greet. She can also be found on our social media pages IG: @Doggie_Bonez_Inc_ and Facebook: Doggie Bonez.

If adoption isn't an option, please consider fostering one of our

pups. We are a volunteer-run non-profit dog rescue and always welcome

new short or long-term doggie foster families. We much appreciate the  help and time of our fosters. You provide all the love, comfort, and safety of a home, and we supply you with everything else you may need, dog food, dog bed, toys, medical attention (if required), etc. If you  are interested, please visit  www.doggiebonez.com  to see all of our

available dogs who need a foster family while waiting for their fur-ever home and complete the foster application.

Why adoption is a great option

Mama, a San Juan Capistrano Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in San Juan Capistrano, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in San Juan Capistrano.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Juan Capistrano already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Juan Capistrano breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Juan Capistrano paves the way for another one to be saved.
