My story

Meet Princess Blossom freight train hippopotamus. If you are looking for an extremely happy dog with 8 different snort variations and a run like a freight train, Blossom is your girl!
Blossom is about 2 years old and spent the first part of her life in New Mexico and is now in Colorado looking for her forever home. She was found on the streets and had likely been hit by a car as both hips were dislocated when she was found. She had had one hip replacement and if you ask her, she thinks she’s 100% back to normal. She will soon have her other hip replaced and be spayed and would love to move in to her forever home and get settled in.
Blossom is crate and house trained, and likes other dogs although would be content with just her person as well. She has shown some resource guarding with high value treats, so her new companion would need to be aware of that and she will also need a home without cats. She loves to snuggle and give huge slobbery kisses and really loves to have her ears scratched.
Blossom is in Colorado Springs and available now through From Forgotten to Forever Rescue to foster to adopt.

Why adoption is a great option

blossom, a Colorado springs Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bull Terrier for sale in Colorado springs, or seeking a Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Colorado springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colorado springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colorado springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bull Terrier breeders who help with Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colorado springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
