Archemedes was born in mid-February 2022 and is being fostered in Naugatuck. He is fixed, has had his rabies and first distemper shots, is microchipped and tested neg for FIV/FeLV* All of our cats and kittens are cared for in loving foster homes. "Meet and greets" can be arranged only after an application has been submitted and approved. Application for adoption can be found at https://www.fosterandforever.org/ Our volunteers do their best to respond within 24 - 48 hrs.

We do not adopt out of the state of Connecticut.
We do not adopt to families with children under 5 years of age, no exceptions.

We are a foster based rescue. All our cats reside in private homes. A meet-and-greet can be arranged for approved adopters only.

The first step in our adoption process is for you to fill out an adoption application which can be found on our website, www.fosterandforever.org. If all is well on your application, we will contact you about setting up a home visit by one of our staff members.
****Please give your vet permission to release information to us as we check references.
The adoption fee for our cats is $225 which covers the cost of spaying/neutering, age appropriate routine vaccinations, deworming, snap test, and flea preventive treatment. Some of our older cats are at a reduced price in order to encourage placement in a permanent home.
