Why I need a new home

Human health issues (e.g. allergies, sickness)

My story

My husband adopted Jam as a kitten to celebrate his 70th birthday (though he already had two cats and two dogs). Jam is six years old now. Unfortunately, my husband has Alzheimers and we are moving because of his health. We would like to rehome Jam to a home with fewer other pets, as she will mark her territory, to a family with more time for her. Jam loves to lounge around, enjoys our deck (as you can see from her lounging on the deck in the pictures), is friendly with people, and is used to other cats and both small and large dogs. She is also used to children. She loves both indoor and outdoor life so would need to transition to be a fully indoor cat. She is spayed and up to date on veterinary care and shots. Beautiful Jam is outgoing, friendly, playful, and will sit on your lap for attention.
