Please meet Maddie, an approximate 1 year old Dutch Shepherd MIx. She weighs just under 55lbs. She is spayed, microchipped and up-to-date on vaccinations.
Maddie is a true family dog. She is wonderful with children of all sizes and is not phased by the commotion of a busier household. She wants to be close to her humans; she loves to snuggle, go on walks, adventures, etc. She is very smart and learns tricks quickly. She is fully house trained and kennel trained. Maddie would do best in a yard with a 6 foot privacy fence (she can currently jump the 4 foot fence in the foster's home to come find her people). She is generally submissive to other dogs, but will stand up for herself if she is being bullied. She likes to chase cats in her current foster home, but has never caught/hurt one and does redirect upon verbal command/whistle to do so.
