Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Belmont is an extremely playful, one-year-old, nine-pound, green-eyed male, brown tabby cat is looking for a loving guardian.
This sweet guy was found abandoned inside a small carrier left on Belmont Avenue in Chicago. Luckily, two cat-lovers walking past, grabbed the carrier and brought him to Friends of Petraits.
He had no microchip, wasn't neutered, and wasn’t wearing a collar with tags.
While at our rescue for two months, Belmont has now been fully-vetted, uses his litter box perfectly, and is ridiculously playful with cat-friendly dogs, and cats.
He has an excellent appetite and loves to play. A little too much for some of my cats!
Belmont is extremely healthy, neutered, up-to-date on rabies and distemper vaccines, virus-tested negative, and microchipped.
To meet and possibly adopt him, please fill out an adoption application at https://friendsofpetraits.com/cat-adoption-application/ and follow up with an e-mail to friendsofpetraits@mail.com to meet and adopt him!
His adoption fee of $150 benefits the rescued pets of Friends of Petraits Rescue.
He is being fostered in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood.
