My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Hi, my name is Sunny! Check out my cute teefers. I'm pretty shy when you first meet me but I love kids and other dogs. Matter of fact, I definitely need other dogs in my forever household in order to really thrive. Cats on the other hand, I do not coexist well with at all. That is the only thing wrong with my current home....there are cats and no matter what is done, I terrorize them. Even though they were there first and I didn't terrorize them at the beginning.

I am about a year and a half old and weigh about 40 pounds.

I'm sure there is a family out there who will find me handsome and who also will be patient with me while I warm up to them....and who has no kitties! If you're interested in adopting Sunny, please fill out our application here.

Additional adoption info

We do our best to get back to every potential applicant but at times we are only able to get back to the strongest applicant. We are a team of volunteers who work full time jobs and do rescue on the side.

Go meet their pets

Most of our fosters are in the San Bernardino area. Our pups are fostered in private homes so appointments must be set up prior to visiting.

More about this rescue

We are a group of friends with a heart and passion for animals, especially dogs. We are drawn to the ones with the sad stories so that we can rewrite their stories and make them happy.
Each of our dogs will be fully vetted (spay/neuter), vaccines and microchip.
An in person home check is required.
