Welcome Violet to CCPAL Rescue. She is a 4-month-old sweetie. We think she is Mastiff/Shepherd is our best guess. She weighs about 28 pounds and should be 60 pounds full grown. She adores water, good in a crate, potty trained, affectionate, outgoing, good with other dogs and decent on a leash. She was rescued off the infamous construction site. She is iridescent and looks black in some light and other light looks brown. These pups are extremely social with other dogs and all people. She has a cute wrinkly brow and a shiny coat. She has really down and floppy ears. She is loving playtime and will be great with another dog or an active family. Shepherds and Mastiffs are great with kids. She would be a good choice with kids. We like them to be 8 or older. She would love another play mate or a fenced yard to run in so you wouldn’t have to get all her exercise doing a leash walk. She is getting her vaccines, spayed, healthy and ready for her new forever home. Someone not gone 8 hours every day would be best as she is a pupy and will need someone to finish off her training. She is currently in Texas at the CCPAL Rescue. She can be adopted locally in Texas or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast.
