Meet Chilli! He is our 1-year-old Domestic Short Haired Tabby. Chilli is a little shy at first, but he does warm up to you once he feels safe. After he warms up to you, Chilli will be a loving and gentle cat. He is always looking for pets and cuddles which is why we believe he would be a great lap cat. Because of how mellow he is, Chilli does well with everyone he meets, even other cats and dogs. An added bonus for Chilli is that he does know how to use the litterbox already. While he may not be the most playful cat, you can bet that Chilli will be the one of the most mellow and loving cats you will ever meet. If you are looking for a gentle lap cat who you can snuggle with, then we urge you to choose Chilli! Chilli is waiting patiently for his forever or foster home, so come and meet him today!
If you are not located near our rescue or if the drive is a problem for you, please still apply, as we bring animals out to as far as San Diego in order to bring them to their forever homes. Currently, we are driving animals far out on an as-needed basis!
If an animal is posted from us, they are AVAILABLE, however we sometimes do already have an adopter in place to meet them - however, please apply directly ASAP to ensure you get considered to meet them! We approve based on the best home, not first-come-first-serve.
If you are interested in adopting and think you can provide a great home for this pet, please complete an online application so that we can better assess if this pet is a good match for you and your family. Once that is complete and we've approved you, we can set up a time for you to meet your potential companion for life! We are strictly by appointment-only.
