WHAT IS THE BEST SEASON TO FALL IN LOVE IN BEAUTIFUL OHIO? Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall? Well, the best season to fall in love with Penny, is ANY season as she will win your heart over when you meet her. She will bring the sunshine out on a cloudy day, will dust the cold snow with the beautiful sparkle of diamonds, and she'll be sure to wrap you up with a moonlit hug.
Penny is very gentle and lovingly sweet Boxer mix. She is amazing with children of all ages. She loves attention and absolutely loves everyone except the mailman and FedEx driver! Penny is between 3 - 4 years old and weighs about 55 lbs. She is spayed, housebroken and current with her vaccinations.
Penny came to PAWS after her "Dad" sadly became ill and could no longer care for her. Kind relatives of Penny's Dad rallied on her behalf to get her into a wonderful rescue so that she could be adopted into her forever, loving home.
Penny LOVES pillows and blankets and cuddling up with people or finding the perfect spot on her bed.
She LOVES running (not just walking).
She plays fetch very well and knows many commands and tricks.
She loves stuffed animals and balls. Must go to home with unlimited toy supply!!
She would love an active family who loves playing outside or going to the park to hike.
She loves looking out the window and waiting for guests. Very patient indoors.
Great manners! Very politely sits while people eat. Very gently takes treats with no teeth or snapping.
Not food aggressive at all - she will share her bones and doesn't care who touches her food bowl, even while eating.
We love Penny, she has been a wonderful guest in our foster home, and we highly recommend her for families with adults and children. Penny is friendly and playful with other dogs.
