My story

Meet Stella! Stella came to us about a year ago when she was just recently rescued from off streets and was very scared. Luckily, she has a loving foster home who helped her gain confidence! NOW, Stella is a comfortable, happy, sleep-in-bed-with-foster-mama mom at night, type of cat. She likes to be bet while she's eating, rubbing against your legs OR even when you're on the toilet :) She is a silly girl who gets the zoomies and enjoys playing! She has made SO much progress. She needs some time getting warmed up to other cats but after that period will be friends with other resident cats. Her foster is having a hard time saying goodbye to this beautiful silly girl! Will you be her new home?

More about this rescue

We are a group of girls who rescue homeless and stray animals in the most dangerous areas of NYC (predominately Harlem and upper Manhattan). We work diligently to place them into loving forever homes. We are passionate about our work and do all that we can to save as many lives as possible. Each animal is fully vetted, vaccinated, tested for FIV/Felv, spayed/neutered and microchipped before being placed in a foster or forever home. We make sure each cat is matched into the most suitable home for him/her.
