My story

Zeus is one of the sweetest German Shepherd boys ever. His owner who has had him since he was eight weeks old has taken a job that would keep her away from Zeus for long hours. Zeus is now in a very loving foster home who just adores the sweet boy. He gets along with everyone in the home, it’s just perfect in every way and is in excellent health he’s 9 1/2 years young and if we did not know better we would think he was about five or six. Regardless if you love this breed and are looking for a loyal friend Zeus is your guy . Text Ada at 276-494-6718

Why adoption is a great option

Zeus, a Bristol German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Bristol, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Bristol.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bristol already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bristol breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bristol paves the way for another one to be saved.
