PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE YOU RESPOND.
JAWA, her 3 siblings (GROGU - EWOK - MUCHI) and their mom VICTORIA were part of a huge TNR effort in Los Angeles County. The group TNRed all the adult cats and rescued friendly moms with kittens. They went to fosters. Then we were asked to help get them good homes. JAWA is now ready for her "FUREVER" home. FYI: We named them all after the show MANDALORIAN.
JAWA is a rambunctious little girl!! She is sooooooo sweet!! She likes toys, the cat tree and treats! You can pick her up and she will give you love. But the minute you set her down she's gone to explore and run like crazy. She gets along really well with her siblings. She will need a YOUNG cat / kitten to play with in his new home. She gets along really well with her brother GROUGU.
JAWA is DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / BOMBAY MIX. She is about 5 months old. She is good with cats and non-reactive to with dogs. She has never been around children.
JAWA is currently at PETSMART in Murrieta, California off Madison Avenue.
OCTOBER 2022: With all the needed social distancing, we are still doing adoptions. VOLUNTEERS are the only ones allowed to let you meet the kitty. Not PETSMART employees.
Volunteers are usually at Petsmart between 9 - 10 am to 12 pm - 1 pm. Please note that it is totally up to the volunteers if they are comfortable with allowing you in the cattery. (COVID). Steps 1-5 of the ADOPTION PROCESS need to be done before we do OFFICIAL MEET & GREETS.
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. Go to Workinwhiskers.com (Click on ADOPT)
2. Fill Out Online Form
3. Submit Online Application
4. Someone Will Call / Text to Do Phone Interview
5. Will be notified of Approved Application
6. Official Meet and Greet with Kitty
7. Home Visit (WILL BE SCHEDULED)
8. Sign Adoption Contract
9. Pay Adoption Fee (VENMO - ZELLE - PAYPAL or CASH)
10. Take the Kitty Home

Meet and greets will take place at the Petsmart location where the cat/kitten is currently located at.
The cats/kittens at a foster/rescue home, we will do meet and greets at any of the 3 Petsmart locations listed below.
If necessary, the crazy rescue mama will drive kitties to their new home, once the adoption has been finalized. So gas donations always appreciated!

Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption.
We are a SMALL rescue based out of Hemet, California. We are all volunteers that run the rescue. If we haven't reached out be patient.

We are NOT a government FUNDED shelter and all our donations and adoption fees are for our rescued cats/kittens. So, we do not do DISCOUNTS.
