My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

There's a precious boy moving up north and he's looking for a wonderful family to give him something to live for. If interested in adopting, fostering, or fostering to adopt Duke please fill out an application here http://www.bestfriendsforlifeanimalrescue.com/
I want Something To Live For Someone to make my life an adventurous dream Oh, what I wouldn't give for Someone who'd take my life and make it seem gay as they say it ought to be. Why can't I have love like that brought to me? My eye is watching the noon crowds searching the promenades seeking a clue To the one who will someday be my Something To Live For. - from 'Something To Live For' by Duke Ellington Duke is a 4 month old (DOB 2/15/2022) Lab mix currently weighing 42 lbs and no doubt will be a big love bug when full grown. Duke is already crate and house trained via doggie door, and is doing quite well with his leash manners. Duke thinks he is a lap dog so there will be lots of snuggles and cuddles to look forward to with this very affectionate pup. Duke is good with other dogs and falls in love with everyone he meets. Like any puppy he will need continued training and guidance from awesome puppy to awesome big boy. Duke is already neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, current on preventatives, and micro chipped. He's all ready to leave his birthplace in Texas and find a most excellent life worth living up north with a wonderful forever family and home. He's up for this adventure and looking forward to giving some lucking family a lifetime of love and affection.
