My story

Portia is an approx 4yr old 45lb ranch dog mutt who was found alone on a country road where there was nothing for miles, we suspect she fell off the back of a truck yet no owner ever came forward. She deserves a better home anyway! She is a LOVE! Extremely (overly lol) affectionate, wants to please, very responsive. But she will need training, she doesn’t know any basic commands (except her recall is fantastic!) and is not really leash trained, but she is housebroken and cratetrained, and sometimes random new things freak her out (just a suspicious bark). But she’s an incredible and loyal companion, great dog to have around the farm. Gets along well with other dogs and animals of all kinds. She’s sweet with people too, although can be more initially cautious of men, once she realizes they’re ok she’s super sweet. She’s generally a really easy dog though who is just a love and will be an amazing companion.
