My story

Affectionate and Loving

Meet May!

May is a beautiful  1 1/2-year-old, 52-pound Labrador mix. This beauty was rescued from an abandonment situation, along with her siblings.  May is incredibly sweet, affectionate, loving, playful, smart, and loves having structure and routine. She’s dog friendly and well-behaved in the home. May is a little shy upon first meeting and then opens up quickly and beautifully.  She had extensive vet care and is healthy, happy, and ready for her loving forever home.  She’s good with the kids she’s met and has a sweet disposition.

Are you the family that could give May all the love she needs? If so, please submit a completed adoption application found under the forms tab. This way, we can schedule a meet and greet. She can also be found on our social media pages IG: @Doggie_Bonez_Inc_ and Facebook: Doggie Bonez.

If adoption isn't an option, please consider fostering one of our  pups. We are a volunteer-run non-profit dog rescue and always welcome  new short or long-term doggie foster families. We much appreciate the  help and time of our fosters. You provide all the love, comfort, and  safety of a home and we supply you with everything else you may need,  dog food, dog bed, toys, medical attention (if required), etc. If you  are interested, please visit  www.doggiebonez.com  to see all of our  available dogs who need a foster family while waiting for their fur-ever home and complete the foster application.

Why adoption is a great option

May, a San Juan Capistrano Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in San Juan Capistrano, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in San Juan Capistrano.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Juan Capistrano already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Juan Capistrano breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Juan Capistrano paves the way for another one to be saved.
