My story

Calamity Jane is looking for her Forever Home! This sweet gal is friendly and loving with everyone she meets. She is ready for snuggling with her people anytime. Jane is full of fun and loves chasing her toys. She likes to explore and sniff everything. Jane would love a home where she could go on hikes or long walks in the park. Jane enjoys playing with her doggy siblings and is learning to leave cats alone.

Jane is still young and will need help with her housebreaking and crate training. Jane will need a home that is familiar with active breeds and is willing to put the time and effort into training and socializing this cute puppy so she can grow up to be the best dog. We strongly encourage adopters to enroll in Puppy Training Classes to help guide them through teaching their pups how to be calm, confident, and well mannered.

Additional adoption info

We work to find the right home for the animal and the right pet for the adopters. We do not operate on a "first come, first serve" basis. We want our adopter and pets happy forever.

More about this rescue

The mission of Lorelei’s Legacy is to provide medical assistance through veterinary care and rehabilitation for sick or injured animals from shelters in need. When the animals are healthy, we work in cooperation with no-kill rescue groups to rehome the animals.
