Imagine having your whole world turned upside down by being taken from the only home you've known, placed into a box and left at the doorstep of a cat rescue! Considering what Shay must've endured, she's doing great. Shay was very leery of people when she arrived , but she's slowly learning to trust people. She no longer hides when approached, and Shay even allows us to pick her up and hold her. She would do well with another cat her age and a human who is willing to work with her to help her build up her confidence. Shay is very playful and gets along with all her kitty friends. She’s even fine with our large kitty-loving doggie.
