Letitia is a special needs kitty who is bonded with her brother Chadwick. They need to be adopted together. Letitia and Chadwick have Cerebellar Hypoplasia aka Wobbly Cat Syndrome. They will not grow out of it and need to be in a home that can accommodate their special needs.
