My story

Wesley P was rescued around May 2021. He is 3 years old. 60 lbs. He was hanging out at the post office at West Port, TN......thus his name. Wesley P is adored by his foster family. The young boy and toddler in the home had bonded with him and was going to adopt There has been a change in family circumstances and fault of Wesley P....he needs a new home. He is still heartworm negative and had updated rabies, 5way, bordetella June 2nd. Wesley P is well acclimated to inside living. He prefers to keep it that way. Wesley P has lived with a young boy and a toddler. He is very good with the little ones and other dogs. He enjoys his romps and runs outside....but he settles very nicely inside and has great house manners. He is a fine dog. House, crate, leash trained....rides great. A wonderful dog for a younger family who believes that kids learning to love animals and helping care for them is of importance. Wesley P is a best buddy kind of dog. That is my wish for this grea, handsome hound. Westley was recently cat tested (we have a video) and he did great. I wonderful dog who is very sweet and loving. Where is his person??

Why adoption is a great option

Wesley P, a Bedminster Coonhound/Treeing Walker Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Coonhound/Treeing Walker Coonhound for sale in Bedminster, or seeking a Coonhound/Treeing Walker Coonhound dog from a breeder in Bedminster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bedminster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bedminster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Coonhound/Treeing Walker Coonhound breeders who help with Coonhound/Treeing Walker Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bedminster paves the way for another one to be saved.
