My story

Faye is an adorable Husky mix about three and a half months old and currently weighs 18 lbs. She is looking for a home with a fenced yard to run and play, and a family who understands the energy and training needs of a puppy.

Faye is sweet, affectionate, friendly and playful. She loves to run and play in the yard. She likes to go in the water and play with the other dogs she currently lives with. She has puppy energy, but settles down in her crate at night. She has been around all sizes of dogs, but no exposure to cats. She has been exposed to kids eight and up and has done well. She is learning to walk on a leash. Continued potty training would be needed in her new home.

Faye would do well with an active family that is not gone long hours during the day and would include her in daily activities and other adventures. A family that is dedicated and committed to raising this beautiful girl.

Please email right away if you would like to learn more about this dog......and visit our website www.siarescuers.org to learn more about our rescue group. Adoption fees range from $350-$450 for dogs. THE DOGS SHOWN ON THE SITE ARE IN FOSTERCARE - WE DO NOT HAVE A SHELTER TO VISIT. EMAIL is the best way to reach us.We are a volunteer run, very small organization - so please be patient when waiting for a response, but feel free to check back in if you haven't heard from us in a day or so - thank you so much for considering a rescued pooch!

Why adoption is a great option

Faye!, a Roseville Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky for sale in Roseville, or seeking a Husky dog from a breeder in Roseville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Roseville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Roseville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky breeders who help with Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Roseville paves the way for another one to be saved.
