My story

Eleanor/Mora is a 2 year lab/terrier mix. She is about 40/45 pounds and very loving. She has a wonderful disposition. She kid and cat tested great. She bonds very quickly and would make an excellent addition to any family. She is very agile and could do well in agility training. Although she doesn’t run away, she can jump a 4 foot fence. She would make a great hiking, walking or running companion. She is crate trained, house trained and knows basic commands. The dog is good with other dogs and people. This dog is altered and up to date on shots. If you would like to meet this dog, please call or text Lorri, at 630-659-8814. Text is the preferred method of contact. The adoption fee is $225.

Adoption fee includes:
- microchip
- spay/neuter
- age appropriate vaccinations: Bordetella, DH(L)PP, rabies
- heartworm preventive & flea/tick preventive
- deworming

Why adoption is a great option

Eleanor/Nora, a Aurora Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Aurora, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Aurora.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Aurora already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Aurora breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Aurora paves the way for another one to be saved.
