My story

Eevee is a 1 year old Aussie/border collie mix. She is small and sweet. She weighs 25 to 30 pounds and should be don’t growing. She is a beautiful tri color with adorable ears. She is a little timid initially but still very sweet. However, she is a herding breed and not a good fit for homes with cats. She is house and crate trained. The dog is good with other dogs and people. This dog is altered and up to date on shots. If you would like to meet this dog, please call or text Lorri, at 630-659-8814. Text is the preferred method of contact. The adoption fee is $225.

Adoption fee includes:
- microchip
- spay/neuter
- age appropriate vaccinations: Bordetella, DH(L)PP, rabies
- heartworm preventive & flea/tick preventive
- deworming

Why adoption is a great option

Eevee, a Aurora Anatolian Shepherd/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Anatolian Shepherd/Border Collie for sale in Aurora, or seeking a Anatolian Shepherd/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Aurora.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Aurora already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Aurora breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Anatolian Shepherd/Border Collie breeders who help with Anatolian Shepherd/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Aurora paves the way for another one to be saved.
