My story

Meet the gang! Cute, sweet, roly poly's who will make great companions!

This litter of pups was surrendered to us and we were able to put them in our jail dog program. The program is wonderful for puppies' socialization and beginning training. The pups are about 9 weeks old and should be around 40-50 pounds when fully grown.

The pups are very social and happy and love to be around people. They are wonderful with other dogs as well.

All pups are spayed or neutered, have had 2 sets of puppy vaccines, been dewormed and microchipped. They have had a clean bill of health from the vet and are so ready to become a family pet!

If you are interested in adding one of these pups to your family please visit our website and fill out our online application at www.goofyfootrescue.org

The pups are in the jail program in West TN and will be transported once their adoption is finalized.

Why adoption is a great option

Beethoven, a Southington Beagle/American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Southington, or seeking a Beagle/American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Southington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Southington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Southington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Beagle/American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Southington paves the way for another one to be saved.
