Sasha is doing great! She's the perfect mix of running around and playing, then hanging out/sleeping next to me while I'm working. Shes crate trained and (fingers crossed) house trained. We haven't had any accidents in the house . We are currently working on leash training, she's doing much better since refusing to walk to my car last week. We have met a handful of new people, it only took a few seconds to turn small fear barks to tail wagging leaning into them for more pets. When you stop petting her and she wants more she tells you! She very adorably will take her front foot and place it on you like "hey don't stop yet!"
Some of her favorite toys are super chewer toys like bone marrow bones and wood chews along with the classic squeaky toy. She's been seen watching TV especially if animals are involved. Monday morning I was sitting on the floor with her when all of a sudden she started growling at nothing, looking around I noticed the light on my wifi router was blinking. Once I told her it was okay she stared at it for at least 10 minutes before continuing on with her day. Now she doesn't mind it at all.
She does take treats very gently and I can put my hand in her food bowl no problem.
All around she is fantastic and would be perfect for someone who wants a relaxed pup.
………………….
Sasha had been found as a stray pup by a family. They took the pup in and gave her love and plenty of attention. While they loved the little pup, they simply wasn't able to keep her so they asked SoCo Rescue to take her in and find her a new home.
Sasha has a very sweet, affectionate and playful personality but isn't overly hyper. She very quickly became friends with another one of our pups, Harley, and the two would share everything, including their food, toys and bed. Sasha also is very people oriented and will do best in a home with another dog.
Sasha has been spayed, received an update on her puppy vaccines, been de-wormed on a regular basis and started on monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventatives. She will require all of her basic training.
