Riggs is a lovable, goofy, adorable boy who needs a home where he can get all the love, all the time. Riggs was rescued from the street in Baltimore City and came to live with our family in May of 2022. Unfortunately, and probably due to his situation before we were lucky enough to meet him, he is afraid of our other dog. Riggs needs a home where he can be the only dog and get all of the attention he deserves. He loves snuggles and will sit right in your lap if you let him. He is also very low maintenance, and can spend most of his day sleeping and waiting for you to get home. He can sit, stay, and lay down (for treats) and he has learned to sit and wait for his food (despite the fact that he was quite hungry when we took him in). Riggs is house trained. Riggs has visited the vet and is fully up to date on all vaccines and has had a full health check. If you are looking for a dog that has lots of love to give please consider meeting Riggs.

He is currently neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations. It is recommended that he be the only dog. His history with children and cats is unknown as he has never been exposed.
