Scrappy is here! He came to us from a shelter in CA. He was returned to the shelter because the owner did not have time to spend with him and felt he needed constant attention. She did not have the time to train him. So, SOS said send him to us, we will find him an awesome home. Scrappy's foster reports that he is pee pad trained and he will walk in circles when he needs to go outside. Scrappy loves to play and loves his toys. He gets along well with other dogs but he does tend to "resource guard" when he is on your lap. The foster has been working with him on this behavior.
