Due to our rescue being foster based, not all foster homes are located in Saint Paul, MN. Ziti & Spaghetti’s foster parent prefers to meet at the Petsmart - 10451 Baltimore St NE, Blaine, MN 55449 for meet & greets, & adoptions.
