I love life, I always have. Since I was young I have dreamed of having a family of my very own! You see, I was born to a very nice and loving family and had 10 siblings!! As we got older, I started watching my siblings get adopted. I was so excited for my time to come but before I knew it I was almost 5 months old and still didn't have a family. The same went for my sister and two brothers. It was not plausible to have all 4 of us running around the house, so we spent a lot of time cooped up in the garage. We were getting older and my family wanted more for us then to just be in that garage most of the time. They ended up rehoming one of my brothers to a foster for this rescue, and then she told them about this rescue and what they do. My sister had ended up finding a home, but my family ended up surrendering my brother Bradley and I to this rescue so we could find our forever homes! <3
I know that I am kind of a puppy that everyone wants. However, please take the chance to get to know me and make sure that I am a good fit for your family. Don't get me just because of my breed, but because you know without a doubt that I am the dog that you will keep forever! I am a calmer guy and pretty laid back for a puppy. I do like going on walks but they should be short because of the heat. I believe that I would enjoy going for hikes once I am older, but hopefully, we will go when the weather is cooler...I am not a fan of this weather. I am learning what fetch is but seem uninterested in it right now. I sometimes play with toys but am more interested in being with my people right now. I am uninterested in playing in the water at this time.
I am good with other dogs but also a bit indifferent to them. I really love being with my people and doing things with them but will sometimes play with the other dog. I am being fostered around cats and do well with them. They let me be and I let them be. To be honest, I sometimes forget that they are there! When it comes to meeting new people I am cautious and will look to my people for cues. I am not really a fan of big gatherings. While I love people...I love MY people. I am not a fan of having lots of strangers coming over or being in big groups of people. I prefer my family and some close friends but am not someone who would enjoy always being at these big social events. It just isn't my thing.
I am working on my potty training but really need a set schedule and routine. I am kennel trained. I am not a big chewer so far but I am never left unsupervised so may get into things, if given the opputunity. I am not an apartment dog, I prefer a set routine and a quieter home enviroment. I am not a big barker, but when I do bark it is loud!
I am looking for a family that is in love with ME! Not only my breed, but my personality. Someone who wants me because of me and not just because of the breed I am. I want a family that is on the quieter side and one that has a good routine. I am not the kind of pup that enjoys lots of change or craziness. I would do fine as an only dog if my family was home a lot, but if not I would not be happy. I am very much attached to my family and could not handle being all alone a full work day. I would also enjoy having doggie siblings if my new family had them. Remember that so far I have not been very playful with the other dogs, so don't get me because you think I am going to play with your dog all the time. I just cannot promise that.

If you live out of state, please don't fret. If we are truly meant to be, then a rod trip will be just fine with me! I haven't been in the car often, but have done well on the few road trips that I have been on.
My adoption fee is $300.
That will include two sets of puppy shots and wormings. I will also have had a bordetella. I will be micro-chipped, have a fecal done, be de-wormed, be spayed/neutered, and will be current on heart-worm and flea/tick prevention.
