My story

KITO is an adorable young male found living in the basement of a Bronx building. We don't know his history, but he's very friendly so we assume he was abandoned. A neighbor alerted one of our volunteers about his situation, so Kito was brought to one of our fosters. Kito's markings are unique and so is his personality. He's not just cute, he's also silly. After playing with his favorite mouse toy, he likes to roll over on his back with his feet in the air. He also enjoys looking out the window at the birds. If you're looking for a friendly companion to keep you company and make you smile, please consider this handsome boy.

Kito is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and Negative for FIV and FELV. To apply to adopt this sweet boy, email or compete our digital application at

More about this rescue

We rescue cats from the streets and from owner surrender, get them healthy, spay and neuter them, give them love, and find them loving forever homes. We are a 100% volunteer-run, 501(c)(3) non-profit, 100% No-Kill cat and kitten rescue group. When you adopt a cat from us or one of our fosters, we will be able to rescue another cat!
