Hey, we’re the magical storm drain kittens.
We were born out on the streets. Mama was a good mama. She made us a nest in a storm drain, and kept us all warm and fed, which wasn’t easy with 6 of us! Especially since Mama was so little.
We were sniffed out by a big friendly dog when we were about 2 weeks old, and his human saw us. She must’ve told other humans, because suddenly they kept showing up with food. Mama was pretty wary of them, but she loved the food, and it helped her keep us all fed.
We were doing pretty well, but it was kind of wet out there, so we weren’t complaining when some humans scooped us up. They had to trap Mama, and she wasn’t too happy with being stuck in a cage, but we liked being inside.
Mama took off when we were almost old enough to be left with the humans. They fed us milk and gave us yummy wet food, and we grew big and strong.
Now we’re 7 weeks old. We run around the house with our big foster brothers, play, wrestle, snuggle, and have fun running amuck.
