After much consideration we have decided that it is better to rehome our shepard mix Charlie. He has been in our home for 3+ years now and sadly due to the addition of an infant he no longer feels safe and can not be trusted around the child. We are happily “fostering” him while a suitable home is found as we still have an incredible amount of love for this dog. He would definitely do best in a family with older children or no children. Also, although he has many dog friends and lives with our black lab in harmony he is known to get into fights with strange dogs and would do well to be the only dog in the household. He is an amazing pup with lots to offer in the way of snuggles and an extremely calm demeanor. He has seen a behavior specialist and is prescribed to “Puppy Prozac,” but is no longer getting the attention he deserves with our new addition. We live on a few acres and would love to have you over to meet him.
