My story

Hi, I'm Winston. I am a sweet guy who likes lovins on my time. I like to play a lot and when I'm done I will come sit on you lap. I don't particularly like to be picked up but I will let you, but not for too long before I want to go explore some more. I have the softest fur and the most beautiful markings. I am perfectly litter box trained and used to other kitties and the german shephered in my foster home. I would do well in a home with or without another cat as sometimes I can play a little rough with the other kittens in the foster home. Do I sound like a perfect fit for your family? If so, please reach out to my friends at habitat4paws.org and let them know you're interested in meeting me.

Email info@habitat4paws.org for an application.

**Because we require home visits, we only adopt locally to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. For more on adoption policies, please see the How it Works page of our website, www.habitat4paws.org.

Why adoption is a great option

Winston, a Frisco Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Frisco, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Frisco.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Frisco already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Frisco breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Frisco paves the way for another one to be saved.
