Toby Wesley came to a small town rural Humane Society when his rescuers, now foster home could not take care of him any longer. He's a social, loving cat. He's in a foster home now and looking forward to having his own family soon. Here are a few words from his foster home.

"We’re looking for a loving home for Toby, a male cat who found his way to us during the pandemic. We live pretty far out in the country and suspect he was someone’s house pet and that he was abandoned near us. He’s super sweet and is friendly to our dog who lives in our house."

Toby Wesley's adoption fee is $150 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. For our application, please email rescuebc@hotmail.com Include your location and a phone number for future communication.
The first step in our process is to submit an application for review. Once approved, we will contact you to arrange a meeting at our next Meet and Greet event. Our pets are fostered in private homes and will be brought to Frederick, MD to meet approved adopters.
