Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi there gang,
My name is Temple and boy did I have a rough start...
I was presumably dumped by whoever had me as a puppy and left to fend for myself. On my journey, I found a canine friend and we roamed together. Well, we ended up on someone's ranch. Posts were made to find our owners, but no one came forward.
The ranch owner did not like dogs, and did whatever they could to "run" us off. When I got to Lucies, I was limping. The ranch owner was asked whether I was limping when I showed up there. "No" was all she said. Hmmm....
I was immediately taken to the vet. Upon examination, they found that my bladder had been bruised and my hip was out of socket. No lacerations, no punctures. Nothing that would indicate that I was hit by a car or attacked by another animal. My injuries were caused by blunt force trauma. :( Some individuals do not deserve to breathe the same air we do....
So here I am at Lucies. My bladder has since healed and I am on the mend from an FHO surgery for my hip..
I'm K9 friendly and am leash and crate trained.
I'm a pretty low key doggie, and am such a sweetheart! Don't ya think I deserve much better in my future than what I received in my past? Please inquire about me. I'd love to meet you!!
