ALBA is a 4 yr old Rotti who is cute as a little black bear! As you can see in her pic, she is missing one eye (surgically removed when she was younger) She is super happy & friendly and active for a Rotti! Alba enjoys hiking and swimming. She completed a basic obedience class with one of our volunteers and passed with flying colors. She would enjoy going to new levels or even a sport like agility. Alba seems pretty mannerly (although excitable) in our kennel - keeps her run clean, doesn't chew her bedding. We are looking for a family with Rotti experience with older kids due to her ability to topple wee ones. Alba is excitable when she sees another dig through our fence however when byproducts off-leash she seems almost afraid or unsure if other dogs - certainly not aggressive but hangs back and avoids rough play. She would be great as an only dog or paired with a gentke make dog. Alba has been vaccinated, spayed, microchipped and heartworm tested (neg). We do require a home visit & vet references due to the breed and also require that her new family enroll her in a refresher obedience class to get everyone started off right for a successful adoption.
