My story

Meet Brodie, a 2.5-year-old Dutch Dwarf rabbit, and he's looking for his forever best friend. Brodie was originally brought into the a local vet with multiple wounds and fractured toes after an altercation with a cage mate. Had to have several procedures done to correct these issues and spent a lot of time healing from his trauma. Though he was well loved by his family, he could no longer be kept near their other rabbit, and they made the tough decision to relinquish him.

Although Brodie is missing quite a few toes on his right limbs, he doesn't let that get him down! He is a very well handled and would make a great cuddle buddy for a calm loving family! He loves his vegetables more than anything and never passes up a good salad. He would do best in a calmer quiet home with no other rabbits. His foster does have a cat which doesn't seem to bother Brodie at all. We are unsure how he would do around dogs.

RCHS rabbits live in loving foster homes where they are litterbox trained, spayed/neutered, socialized, given sufficient exercise outside of their cage, and fed a diet of grass hay and Timothy pellets to maintain a healthy weight.
