Twelve-year-old, 14-pound Struppi is looking for a mellow retirement home to spend his golden years. His foster has the following to say about him:

"Struppi is a fun, energetic and loving dog. He loves squeaky toys, especially the soft squeaky tennis balls. If you are the human who throws these balls for him to fetch, he will adore you and show his appreciation with cuddles and kisses. He loves to go for walks. He is housebroken and has shown that he is used to pee pads indoors.

As with most rescued animals, Struppi will need love, patience and understanding. Giving him time to adjust is key. Once you earn his trust, he will show you his love and adoration beyond measure.

Struppi has a lot to give and we are looking for his perfect human companion."
