7-02: Gracie is another tri-color and white Setter that was pulled in from southern Illinois. She also has heartworms and Lyme disease. I was told Dottie was 6 years old but she seems younger to me. She is a very pretty girl.

Gracie is in our heartworm slow kill program and has already had her first dose of heartguard and topical Advocate. She is also on 2 antibiotics for her Lyme disease. House and cage training are going very well. Our hope is to find a foster to adopt home for Gracie in the Chicago area as we can't spay her until the end of September.
