Tater Tot is the runt of the French Fries litter born on 3/17/22. She’s a petite gray and white tabby who is bonded with her brother Boardwalk so they must be adopted together. She has a cute little white tip on her tail! She makes silly faces and does funny weird things that just make you smile! She is always on her own agenda. Sometimes she wants to snuggle, but it can be hit or miss. As she gets older, she’s getting better about coming to you and wanting pets, though! She loves to be scratched on her back at the edge of her tail. She is not really interested in napping on her human, but sometimes she will lay next to you.
After closely watching Tater, her foster mom noticed that Tater appeared to be deaf, and the vet believes she is completely deaf. Sometimes it is hard remembering she can’t hear - you want to call for her and get her attention and you have to find new creative ways to do it. She has gotten good about using her eyes to communicate!
She loves to play with all toys, including plastic springs, balls, laser lights, crinkle balls, plush toys with catnip! She loses track of them often, but just finds another one to play with instead and she plays by herself a lot. She also loves to look out the window, and when she’s ready for a snooze, she loves to sleep on the very top of the cat tree! She loves wet food. She and Boardwalk need a forever home without other animals or kids - except for each other, of course!
